1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the MINDVISION Records website (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Operator

The Site is operated by MINDVISION Records, Umjetnička udruga MindVision, Bočac 58, Mali Lošinj, Croatia ("we", "us", "the Label").

3. Intellectual property

All audio content, artwork, logos, text and design elements published on this Site are the property of MINDVISION Records or its artists and licensors, and are protected by copyright and related rights.

Streaming tracks through the built-in player for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
Downloading, copying, redistributing, re-uploading, remixing or public use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Demo submissions

By submitting a demo through our Site, you confirm that you own or control all rights to the submitted material. You grant us a non-exclusive right to listen to and evaluate the submission. We are not obligated to return, promote or release submitted material, and we may delete submissions at any time. Please do not send confidential information you do not wish to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: attempting to extract or download audio streams by automated means, uploading malicious content via forms, spamming, or interfering with the Site's operation.

6. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party services (e.g. SoundCloud, Bandcamp, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Label shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
