MINDVISION Records, Mali Lošinj, Croatia, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us via the contact form.

• Contact form: name, e-mail address, subject and message content.
• Demo submissions: artist name, your name, e-mail address, links and message content.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access) kept by the web server for security purposes.
• Local storage: the audio player stores your volume preference locally in your browser only. This never reaches our servers.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to inquiries and demo submissions (legitimate interest and your consent by sending the message).
• To improve and secure the operation of the Site.
• We do not sell your data, send newsletters without consent, or use third-party advertising trackers on this Site.

4. Cookies

This Site uses only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session cookies) required for the site to function; these do not require consent.
